Outdoor Vendor Fair
There is a Vendor Fair on Saturday and Sunday of Hay Days. You may choose to have a booth inside the Atkinson Community Center or outside in the city park on Saturday. Sunday booths are only outside. Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (You may arrive or depart as you prefer.)
You can print and fill out the Booth Registration and return with your payment or use the form below.
Indoor/Outdoor Craft and Vendor Show Information:
Location: Atkinson Community Center (Air Conditioned) or Outside in the City Park (shaded)
Cost:
Saturday only Indoor Booth fee -- $35 for 8x8; $70 for 16x8; $105 for 24x8
Outdoor Booth fee -- $35 for 10x10; $70 for 20x10; $105 for 30x10 (bring own tables)
You may participate on one or both days; the cost does not change
Set-up Information:
Indoor set-up on Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m. until time of show
Outdoor welcome to set up early to get ready for the crowd after the parade
DEADLINE: Table reservations need to be made by August 9
You need to send full payment with your REGISTRATION FORM to reserve your spot.
