Outdoor Vendor Fair
There is a Vendor Fair on Saturday and Sunday of Hay Days. You may choose to have a booth inside the Atkinson Community Center or outside in the city park on Saturday. Sunday booths are only outside. The out door Vendor Fair is located in the city park. This is a fundraiser for the Atkinson Hay Days Committee. Questions, call: Outdoor Vendors: Shannon 402.340.2923
Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (You may arrive or depart as you prefer.)
You can print and fill out the Booth Registration and return with your payment or use the form below.
Indoor/Outdoor Craft and Vendor Show Information:
Location: Atkinson Community Center (Air Conditioned) or Outside in the City Park (shaded)
Cost:
Saturday only Indoor Booth fee -- $35 for 8x8; $70 for 16x8; $105 for 24x8
Outdoor Booth fee -- $35 for 10x10; $70 for 20x10; $105 for 30x10 (bring own tables)
You may participate on one or both days; the cost does not change
Set-up Information:
Indoor set-up on Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m. until time of show
Outdoor welcome to set up early to get ready for the crowd after the parade(Parade starts at 10:30AM)
DEADLINE: Space reservations need to be made by August 9 (bring your own Tables | Tents
You need to send full payment with your REGISTRATION FORM to reserve your spot.
